Biography

Perseverance is currently the Human Resources Coordinator at the Southern African Wildlife College. She grew in the village of Welverdiend bordering the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga and matriculated in 2005 at Mahlale High School. Following her high school graduation, she enrolled with Nkangala FET College to study Human Resource Management, however she was unable to complete her diploma due to a lack of financial support. Upon achieving her NQF levels four and five, she obtained a bursary with the Southern African Wildlife College and completed a course in Hospitality, after which she qualified for a Housekeeping internship at the College.

Perseverance registered to finish her Human Resources diploma on a part time basis and graduated successfully in 2019. This part time student and mother to an eight-year-old daughter has achieved her goals through self-motivation and has demonstrated leadership qualities throughout her career. She loves working with people in her local community helping create opportunities for others. Perseverance plays a role in the Welverdiend Youth Centre and has assisted local youths in navigating their studies and learnerships that will boost their careers.
