Anelle initially studied Hotel Management and thereafter worked in England for a number of years where she became acquainted with the National Vocational Qualifications system. On her return to South Africa, she decided to move into staff training and development. This naturally evolved into adult education and she has spent her entire career, spanning some 17 years, working for and consulting to training providers.
Implementing ethical quality management systems that are interconnected with national requirements are challenging and essential in all training environments. Anelle has been developing learning programmes, facilitating courses, assessing students and moderating portfolios for almost two decades.
As a firm believer in lifelong learning, Anelle completed a Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development specialising in Human Resource Development (cum laude) through North-West University in 2019. She is a proud member of the International Golden Key Honour Society, awarded for academic excellence.
