Gordon has dedicated his career to marrying his two passions: community development and biodiversity conservation. He is deeply committed to creating possibilities for integrating these areas of work. 

Working both in South Africa and internationally, he has gained invaluable experience in the spheres of conservation and community. His career has afforded him the opportunity to contribute towards making an impact in the lives of vulnerable people in both rural and urban contexts, while working for the betterment of the environment. 

Gordon holds a BCom in Marketing and Business Management and has a master’s degree in Community Development and Emergency Management. As he continues to build on his academic career, he is currently undertaking a master’s degree in Environmental Management.
